ELENA PALLOTTA
Elena is half Italian and half German. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD. She started her career as a consultant in 1999 with Arthur Andersen and later she joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). During her consulting experience, she focused on industrial and consumer goods, working on strategy, operations and organization projects for top international clients. She left consulting to become Director of Real Estate Development, managing large (150+Mio€) development projects in the luxury hospitality sector. In 2011 she moved to Istanbul and started her own business. Now she is an entrepreneur, a lecturer for entrepreneurship, a mentor to local startups and she advises companies on in-house entrepreneurship topics, i.e. intrapreneurship and innovation.
STUART DOUGHTY
Stuart is a transformational coach and business consultant certified by the Proctor Gallagher Institute.
He has been studying and researching the power of the mind to influence results since the 1980s and works closely with Bob Proctor, a leader in personal development in North America for the past 40 years.
Stuart has lived and worked in the United States, England, Australia and New Zealand, and has an international business and personal coaching practice based in the UK.
After working as a writer, editor and reporter for more than 30 years, Stuart has shifted from informing people how the world around them shapes their lives, to teaching clients how to use their thinking to transform their world.
His clients are business owners and top and middle level managers operating in different industries (finance, oil and gas, consulting, media, hospitality,..) as well as pilots and journalists in several different geographies (Europe, US, Latin America, Australia, UAE,..)
